I don't know why I didn't think to post this recipe when I mentioned making these cookies earlier in the week. :)
Classic Spritz Cookies
1 1/2 cups butter
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg
2 Tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon almond extract
3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Thoroughly cream butter and sugar. Add egg, milk, vanilla and almond extract; beat well. Stir together flour and baking powder; gradually add to creamed mixture, mixing to make a smooth dough. Do not chill. Place dough into cookie press and press cookies onto a cooled, ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned around edges. Cool on rack.

It sounds easy and I am inspired to try however I do not have a good record when it comes to making cookies. I am so bad I even mess up the ones that come in a LOG!!

I love these cookies and have always wanted to try my hand at making them. Alas, I have not the correct equiptment! Perhaps next Christmas ... yours look fabulous!
