New Recipes

I'm having fun this weekend trying new recipes. Hope you are all having a good weekend too!

Cinnamon roll recipe here. This is a big recipe so I took some to my neighbor and I have several pans in the freezer. It will be so easy to pop a pan in the oven for a special weekday breakfast without the work. I froze them already baked and iced and they can be reheated in the oven at 250 for 15 to 20 minutes.

Enchilada recipe here. My family loved these! It takes awhile to get them assembled, but it's not hard and it's worth it!

This is getting spooky!

I was the one who posted on your post the day after Thanksgiving that I had just decided to make a potpie for the first time and then saw your post. (It turned out fabulously btw)

Now I walk in from the kitchen and open your blog and see this post. Wanna know what I was doing in the kitchen? Scalding the milk, oil and sugar to make this very recipe for THE FIRST TIME.

I must be channeling you somehow.

Your rolls look great!

My great-grandmother used to make homemade cinnamon rolls. I'll have to give it a try.

Then enchiladas look good. To bad I would be the only one in the family eating them.

I got up this morning with Sock-it-to-Me cake on my mind. I found a great recipe online and it turned out wonderful. Friend Hubby tried his hand at roasting a leg of lamb and it was scrumptious! It was so much fun just cooking on this cold dreary day. I hope to do more. Keep posting your great photos of your kitchen creations!

Blessings!
