Tomatoes
We have tomatoes coming out of our ears! :) I've made lots of tomato-basil pizza and tomato-basil pasta, homemade salsa, tomato sandwiches and anything else I can think of that includes tomatoes. Maybe I need to start canning them.
Isn't it nice to be blessed with such abundance?

Hey I hope my one tomato bush produces well come summer! Maybe its time to plant another now that will produce mid summer tomatoes.
We also have tomatoes coming out of our ears :) I'm 7 mo. preggers and my favorite midnight ritual lately is two pieces of toast with mayo, sliced tomato and salt and pepper... oh! my mouth is watering just thinking about it and I just downed a whole plate full of nachos...
How wonderful! Do you make tomato sauce? I wish I could grow things. ;)
How wonderful! My mom and aunts canned every season when I was growing up, however I never have. I love tomatoes and I live very close to the fields where I can buy then from the farmers.....lucky me!!!
