A Small Project

I'm finally feeling better. Not well, but better. I'm still coughing, especially at night (which is driving the entire family crazy I'm sure). Hopefully that won't last much longer. Otherwise I might have to sleep in the garage. :)

I wanted to get a little organizing done, but didn't have the energy to tackle anything too big, so I decided to organize our living room bookshelf. It always looks so sloppy and cluttered. So I took everything off of it, gave it a good dusting, and put most everything back, hopefully in better order.

Before:

After:

I think it looks a little more orderly.

Sorry you aren't feeling well. I've noticed that you always seem to cough more at night when you are sick. Hope you feel better soon!

Your bookshelf looks great though! I love when some books are standing and some lay down. It adds more interest and really does make it look less busy and cluttered. Way to go getting something done while you're sick!

Hello, I haven't visited in a while. I am sorry to hear that you have been sick, but I am glad you are feeling better.
Your bookshelf looks great! I love books! I especially like the horseshoe candle holders!
Have a blessed weekend,
Miriam :)

That does look better. We've been doing some organizing here today too. It feels good to make things look nicer. My project isn't completely finished yet, though. So it'll feel even better when it is, and everything is all cleaned up!
