Yours look, well, look.... <br />*drool*<br />LOL.<br />Mom used to just use the ground beef and rice mixture and stuff the peppers. That's it. Kind of bland, but they were still pretty good. Then she pan fried them on both sides for a few minutes and then put them into a hot oven for about 15 minutes to finish cooking.I thought it looked so good.
