The media tries to tell us that once we hit 30, our best days are behind us. Not so! I'm in my 40s and in many ways I'm happier than ever! Starting this graduate school adventure has been one of the scariest things I've ever done (hence the picture of the pilot), but it's also made me realize that I am more courageous than I give myself credit for. I feel full of possibilities and not old at all. I am free to enjoy where life takes me. Who needs botox? Let's enjoy the age we are and don't forget how to have fun.
