Today I went to a jewelry party that my mom hosted (and didn't even eat any of the cookies...I'm so proud). She has a very talented friend who makes gorgeous jewelry. She also had some of the cutest flip-flops ever that another friend makes. I've seen similar flip-flops at Cavenders, but these are much cuter.
So guess what the kids got me for early Mother's Day? :)

These are even cuter in real life than they are in the picture (and much more sparkly). Guess what shoes I'm wearing to church tomorrow?
Another party guest who recently moved here from Atlanta had on a pair with turquoise on them that she bought back in Georgia. Is it just a Southern thing or do all y'all like "blingy" flip-flops?

Those are so pretty! What a great Mother's Day gift!
Cool flip flops! That's so sweet of your kiddos. I don't know if it's a southern thing or not. I've always really loved my Birkenstocks personally and I am a southern gal, but I've never been into anything that's blingy. That's just me. I do like your flip flops though. They are cute and even cuter knowing that your kiddos got them for you. :)
I can't stand the thing between my toes. Does the bling scratch your foot?

Those are adorable! I am a flip flop junky - I feel a person can never really have too many pairs. :-)
Those are so cute! I would never wear them because I can't stand the thing between my toes but I love the way they look.
Oh how cute! I love blingy things. I had foot surgery a couple of years ago, and I even put rhinestones on the ugly boot thing I had to wear for six weeks!
Nope not just a southern thing :D I grew up in California and now live in Washington and I LOVE flip flops, the more bling & sparkle the better. My husband comes from Georgia and he calls me a flip flop freak because I wear them in the winter :) Love your blog!!
those are SO cute!!! LOVE them!!! Does she have a website??? I want some!!!! lol
Flip-flops are big here in Australia - but that is designer gear!
A bit too cold for flip-flops now, though, as we head to winter!
Those are pretty cute!
I love them, but I'm from Dallas, and so maybe it's a Southern thing?
